1462.14 EXPIRATION OF PERMITS.

In the event that any work for which a permit has been granted, is not commenced within three months from the date of granting of the permit, or in the event that work is started on excavations pursuant thereto and the work is abandoned for a period of three months, the permit shall automatically expire by limitation and cease to be valid for any purpose.
