1040.12 PRESSURE SEWER SYSTEM COSTS.

The Village, through Council, is authorized and empowered to make such charges and assessments of costs as may be necessary to undertake and complete the necessary construction of the Village pressure sewer system. User charges or charges for operation, maintenance and repair shall be established by Council acting as the Waste Water Management District which shall be consistent with Chapter 1042.
