880.09 APPEAL.

An applicant/permittee may appeal a decision by the Village Administrator to deny, revoke or suspend a permit by filing a written appeal with the Village Clerk within ten business days after the Village Administrator’s decision. The Village Council shall consider the appeal at its next regularly scheduled meeting and may affirm, modify or reverse the Village Administrator’s decision.
