§ 79.05 PROHIBITED OPERATION.

(A) No person shall operate a golf cart on Highway 28, on Highway 39/US Highway 421 or on Highway 75/38, except to cross such highways in a perpendicular manner.

(B) Golf carts shall not be operated on sidewalks.
