§ 73.22  NOTICE ON ILLEGALLY PARKED VEHICLE.
   Whenever any motor vehicle without a driver is found parked, angle parked or stopped in violation of any of the restrictions imposed by this chapter, the police officer or parking control officer finding such vehicle shall complete a notice of traffic infraction and affix the same to such vehicle in a conspicuous place.
