(A) For persons who commit repeated parking violations of this chapter within one calendar year, the fine to be paid to the Ordinance Violations Bureau shall be enhanced. Upon a second such violation within the same calendar year, the fine shall be $40. Upon a third or subsequent such violation within the same calendar year, the fine shall be $100.
(B) Each subsequent violation of the posted period of parking time constitutes another violation. Calculation of the new period of parking time begins immediately after a notice of infraction has been issued.
