§ 36.22  FEE FOR VARIOUS PROPERTY APPLICATIONS.
   (A)   A fee of $250 shall hereafter by charged to an applicant for each application filed with the city for determination of an economic revitalization area and/or application for property tax abatement.
   (B)   Such fee shall be paid to the Clerk-Treasurer for deposit into the city’s General Fund.
