(A) Availability. Available through one meter to individual customers for single phase residential service, including lighting, household appliances, refrigeration, cooking, water heating and small motors not exceeding three horsepower individual capacity.
(B) Character of service. Alternating current, 60 Hertz, single phase, at a voltage of approximately 120 volts two-wire, or 120/240 volts three-wire.
(C) Rate, subject to the provisions of § 50.12.
