The Clerk Treasurer for the city shall be entitled to charge a reasonable fee payable to the “City of Frankfort” for applications for the aforesaid residential tax abatement. This fee shall be $250 per single-family unit that has applied for abatement. This fee is nonrefundable and shall be paid to the Clerk-Treasurer for deposit into the city’s General Fund.
