The provisions for the location of contingent uses, such as schools, churches, public buildings, and other uses remain substantially as they are set forth in the existing ordinance. Provisions for the granting of special exceptions for types of land use which are desired from time to time, but for which actual districts cannot reasonably be set up, are contained in the ordinance as proposed. The standards which each kind of special exception use must meet, will be clearly set forth in the list of such uses.
