The Frankfort Board of Zoning Appeals shall consider variance request from the provisions of this section according to the procedures in § 155.128. In addition to the requirements of § 155.128 the application for variance shall be accompanied by a determination from the Airport Authority as to the effect of the proposal on the operation of air navigation facilities and the safe, efficient use of navigable airspace.
