§ 155.240 AIRPORT OVERLAY DISTRICT.

The Airport Overlay Zoning (AO) District shall include all zones as indicated on the Frankfort Municipal Airport Airspace Plan, dated October 3, 2006, which is a part of this subchapter and incorporated herein by reference. All land so indicated is hereby zoned and classified as the Airport Overlay Zoning District.
