§ 155.175  VALIDITY OF APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION BY THE PLAN COMMISSION.
   An approved development plan petition shall be valid for two years from the date of approval. If construction of the building(s) has (have) not started at the end of the two-year period, the development plan request shall be resubmitted to the Plan Commission for consideration and disposition.
