§ 155.172  PLAN COMMISSION APPROVAL.
   (A)   The City Building Inspector must approve, approve with conditions, or disapprove the Development Plan for any tract of land in the Overlay Zone per the provisions of this subchapter. All submitted development plans should adhere to the requirements listed in § 155.174. This section does not apply to construction of any residential accessory structures or construction of any signs or addition to a principal structure not exceeding 2,000 square feet and not visible from State Road 28. The City Building Inspector may send any development plans to the Frankfort Plan Commission for review.
   (B)   Before making a decision, the City Building Inspector shall convene a Technical Review Committee comprised of representatives from Frankfort Power & Light, Frankfort Sewer Maintenance, Frankfort Water Department, Frankfort Fire Department, Frankfort Street Department, the Clinton County Health Department, the Clinton County Surveyor, City of Frankfort Plan Commission, Frankfort Board of Zoning Appeals, Frankfort Main Street, Vectren Gas, Frankfort Police Department, Airport Board, Clinton County Area Plan, Frankfort Zoning Administrator, Frankfort Council Committee, Frankfort Board of Works, and the Clinton County Chamber of Commerce. The Committee shall examine the plans presented for compliance with this subchapter and give their recommendation to the City Building Inspector.
