Figure 1: State Road 28 Overlay Boundaries (Plan View), set forth in Ordinance 14-23 and incorporated herein by reference, shows the established boundaries of the Overlay Zone for Frankfort and Clinton County, in the State of Indiana. This subchapter shall be effective immediately upon its passage as to all real estate then located within the corporate boundaries of the city. It is the intent of this subchapter that its provisions also apply to any real estate within the Overlay Zone that is not presently within the corporate boundaries of the city at such time as any of such real estate is annexed by or otherwise becomes a part of the city.
