§ 155.140  TEMPORARY USES.
   A permit for a temporary use may be issued by the Building Inspector subject to the standards in division (B) and after receipt of Board of Health approval, if applicable. Access and parking for all temporary uses shall be provided to the Building Inspector's satisfaction. All temporary use sites shall be adequately cleaned up at the conclusion of the event. Signs for temporary uses shall comply with § 155.130. Any temporary use exceeding the standards of division (B) shall be considered a special exception in the district in which it is located. A city business license must also be obtained for applicable business.
   (B)   SCHEDULE OF SIGN REGULATIONS.
