(A) The Building Inspector shall issue an improvement location permit for a special exception only following receipt of notice from the Board of Zoning Appeals that the application therefor has been approved by the Board. (Ord. CO-67-2, passed 2-21-67)
(B) Before an improvement location permit is issued for a tract adjoining a thoroughfare or a proposed thoroughfare, the thorough-fare must be either paved according to the standards of Chapters 150 through 155 of this code, or arrangements satisfactory to the City Plan Commission are made for the paving thereof.
