(A) At no point on the boundary of the I-2 Enclosed Industrial or I-3 Reserved Industrial District, or any district which permits an enclosed industrial use, shall the sound pressure level of any enclosed industrial use operation or plant (other than background noises produced by sources not under the control of this chapter) exceed the decibel limits in the following octave bands.
