§ 155.042  ROADSIDE BUSINESS USE.
   A Roadside Business Use is one which normally requires drive-in facilities related to a street or highway, is primarily of a retail or service nature, and includes storage warehouse and wholesale establishments and enclosed industrial use, specifically stated or implied in the following categories.
   (A)   Local business uses.
   (B)   Automobile, truck, or trailer rental and sales area.
   (C)   Automobile and truck repair, entirely within enclosed buildings.
   (D)   Indoor theater.
   (E)   Bowling alley or roller rink, entirely within enclosed buildings.
   (F)   Hotel or motel.
   (G)   Veterinary hospital for small animals.
   (H)   Kennel.
   (I)   Radio and television studios.
   (J)   Newspaper publishing.
   (K)   Motor bus or railroad passenger station.
   (L)   Storage warehouse.
   (M)  Wholesale establishment.
   (N)   Any business use not specifically stated or implied elsewhere in this chapter.
   (O)   Accessory buildings or uses customarily incidental to the uses in divisions (A) through (N) above.
