§ 155.033  HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS.
   In the districts limiting building height to 25 feet, a dwelling may be increased in height not to exceed 35 feet, provided that each of the required side yard dimensions is increased an additional foot for each foot the structure exceeds 25 feet in height.
