The residential uses listed below, and defined in § 155.002, including accessory buildings and uses, are permitted in the districts indicated in § 1 of Appendix A at the end of this chapter, when complying with the requirements listed therein, and shall be subject also to the provisions of §§ 155.031 through 155.034.
(A) A single-family dwelling.
(B) A two-family dwelling.
(C) A multi-family dwelling.
