§ 155.011  EXEMPTIONS.
   (A)   Farms.  Land, farmhouses, farm barns, farm outbuildings, or other buildings, structures, or erections which are adapted by reason of nature and area for use for agricultural purposes, while so used, shall not be affected by restrictions or regulations of this chapter.
   (B)   Public utility installations.  Structures and land used for public utility installations, as defined in § 155.002, while so used, shall not be affected by restrictions or regulations of this chapter. However, power substations, terminal facilities, and treatment or processing plants are contingent uses and are subject to the provisions of this chapter.
   (C)   Mineral extraction.  Nothing herein shall prevent, outside of urban areas, the complete use and alienation of any mineral resources or forests by the owner or alienee thereof.
