§ 35.38  AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT.
   (A)   The city supports the intent and purposes of the Americans with Disabilities (ADA) and will not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities because of the disability of such individual in regard to job application procedures, hiring, advancement, discharge, compensation, job training and other terms, conditions and privileges of employment.
   (B)   The Board of Works is responsible for providing information about ADA to employees and others, and for reviewing and resolving complaints involving alleged discrimination against the disabled.
