The Frankfort Common Council may terminate the Trust Agreement and Trust at any time by resolution. The Trust shall be terminated as of the date of termination specified in such resolution. Upon such termination, the assets of the Trust Fund shall be applied or distributed in accordance with the provisions of the Plan which are applicable upon termination of the Plan. If the Trust is terminated, the Board may reserve from the Trust Fund such reasonable amount as deemed necessary to provide for any sums properly chargeable against the Trust Fund. From and after the date of the termination of the Trust and until the final distribution of the Fund, the Board shall continue to have all such powers provided under the Plan and Trust Agreement as are necessary and expedient for the orderly liquidation and distribution of the Fund.
