(A) The official thoroughfare plan is shown on two maps entitled "Development Plan, Frankfort, Indiana," dated 1967, with a subtitle "Major Street and Highway Plan". These maps show the locations of existing and proposed thoroughfares of various types within the city and the jurisdictional area. Notations, references, indications, and other details shown on the official thoroughfare plan maps are as much a part of this chapter as if they were fully described in the text of this chapter.
(B) A drawing entitled "Typical Thoroughfare Cross Sections, Frankfort, Indiana," which shows cross sections for streets as designated on the official thoroughfare plan maps, is hereby declared to be a part of this chapter.
(C) Two copies of the official thoroughfare plan and ordinance and two copies of the typical thoroughfare cross sections shall be kept on file in the office of the City Clerk-Treasurer and shall be subject to public examination during the regular office hours of the City Clerk-Treasurer.
