Any person, firm, corporation, association or organization who shall violate a provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $2,500, together with court costs, as determined by the court. each day of a violation that continues after the time specified for compliance shall constitute a separate offense for purposes of this section.
