§ 151.06  CONTINUING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY PLAN COMMISSION.
   The City Plan Commission shall from time to time consider and review proposals with respect to changes and amendments in the master plan and, on conclusion of such consideration including a public hearing thereon, shall certify to the City Council reports on such matters.
