The master plan consists of a report dated 1965 and entitled "Development Plan of the City of Frankfort, Indiana," and a separate plan entitled "Development Plan, Frankfort, Indiana, dated 1967," together with the provisions of the maps, charts, plans, and ordinances which have heretofore or may hereafter be enacted concerning the following subjects: zoning, subdivision control, thoroughfares enforcement, parking, school, park, recreation, and public areas, as well as other related subjects.
