It shall be unlawful for any person while on or adjacent to the premises of a drive-in restaurant to race the motor of any vehicle, to suddenly start or stop any vehicle, or to make or cause to be made any other loud or unseemly noise. It shall be unlawful for any person parked on the premises of a drive-in restaurant or private parking area to blow or cause to be blown any automobile horn, motorcycle horn, or the horn of any other vehicle in an obnoxious or bothersome manner at any time while so parked.
