§ 131.16 DISTURBING THE PEACE.

It is unlawful for any person to disturb the peace and quiet of this city or of its lawful inhabitants by: loud talking or the making of unusual noises; the crying of any alarm without good cause; threatening any person, challenging him to fight, or menacing him with physical harm or pecuniary loss.
