(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to drink, partake, consume, transport, deliver or possess alcohol or any alcoholic beverage in any city park area that is owned, maintained or managed by the city. The section includes any and all city parks within the corporate limits of the city. This section is a zero tolerance section.
(B) A person who violates this section shall be imprisoned for a fixed term of not more than 60 days; in addition, may be fined not more than $500.
