§ 130.01 POSTING HANDBILLS AND ADVERTISEMENTS ON POLES OR POSTS.

It shall be unlawful to paint, print, post, stencil, or otherwise mark upon in any manner, nail, suspend, or affix to any telegraph, telephone, electric light or fire alarm pole, or lamp post, or any other post or pole or structure permitted in the city any word, letter, character, figure, sentence, or device or any handbill, poster, notice, or advertisement of any character.
