§ 35.05  FIREFIGHTERS' PENSION FUND.
   There is hereby established a Firefighters' Pension Fund and a Board of Trustees of the Firefighters' Pension Fund.  The operation, maintenance, and financing of the Firefighters' Pension Fund shall be governed in accordance with §  34.02.
