§ 110.09  REVOCATION.
   Any license issued under the provisions of this chapter may be revoked by the Mayor or the Chief of Police if the licensee violates any of the provisions of this chapter, or for violation of any state or federal law, or when the licensee ceases to possess the qualifications and character required by the provisions of this code for the issuance of such a license.
