§ 99.03  ENVIRONMENTAL PUBLIC NUISANCES PROHIBITED.
   (A)   All covered persons shall be required to keep the real property in the city free from environmental nuisances.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any covered person to allow an environmental public nuisance to exist.
