§ 98.08 UNLAWFUL USE OF CONTAINERS FOR TRASH DISPOSAL.

It shall be unlawful for any person to use a container or trash bag owned or located on premises of another person, business, or facility for the disposal of trash not generated at such household or facility owning or possessing the container.
