§ 98.07 DEPOSITS ON STREETS AND CITY PROPERTY PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to cast or deposit upon any street, alley, sidewalk, park or public place in the city, any garbage, rubbish, trash or bulk items.
