§ 97.29  ROUTE DESIGNATION.
   The City Clerk-Treasurer shall submit all applications to the City Street Superintendent and City Engineer, who shall make investigation and report their recommendation to the Board of Public Works and Safety.  If they shall recommend that a permit be granted they shall designate the route they deem most advisable over which the structure shall be moved.
