§ 97.26  APPLICATION; FEES.
   (A)   Any person, firm, or corporation desiring to move any building or structure over, along, or across any public place, street, or alley in the city, shall first make application to the City Clerk-Treasurer for a permit to move the building or structure.  The application shall set forth the following information.
      (1)   The size and type of the building to be moved.
      (2)   The place from which it is to be moved.
      (3)   The destination proposed.

   (B)   The Board of Public Works and Safety shall charge the applicant a fee for the moving permit in the amount of $25 for each building or structure to be moved.  The permit shall be good for ten days from the date thereof.  At the expiration of the permit, if the moving has not been completed, the applicant shall take out a new permit under the same conditions and shall pay the same fees as are required for the first permit, but no second renewal shall be granted.
