§ 97.14 ACCIDENT PREVENTION.

The permittee shall take all necessary measures to protect the work and prevent accidents during construction and until the repairs have been approved. All openings and excavations shall be properly barricaded at all times and properly lighted from dusk to dawn by suitable lights, lanterns or fire pots.
