It shall be unlawful and a violation of the municipal code for any person, firm, corporation or organization to intentionally interfere with any Code Enforcement Official in the carrying our of such official's enforcement duties under this subchapter. For the purpose of this section, the term "Code Enforcement Official" shall mean and include any employee of the city who is authorized by the city to enforce the provisions of this subchapter and is acting within the scope of his or her employment.
