§ 32.01  CLERK-TREASURER AS HEAD OF FISCAL BRANCH.
   The Clerk-Treasurer is the fiscal officer of the city and the head of the fiscal branch.  He or she shall perform the duties assigned by I.C. 36-4-10-1 et seq. and such other duties as the Common Council may, by ordinance, require.
