§ 96.25  GROWTH PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for the owner of any lot, parcel or tract of real estate located within the corporate limits of the city to allow, cause or permit the excessive growth of grass or the growth of weeds or other rank vegetation, or the excessive accumulation of any such substances, in or upon any portion of such lots, parcels or tracts of real estate.
   (B)   (1)   For purposes of this subchapter, the term WEEDS OR OTHER RANK VEGETATION shall include, but not be limited to the following weeds exceeding seven inches in height: Canada Thistle, Field Bindweed, Johnson Grass and Sorghum Almum, Perennial Peppergrass, Perennial Sowthistle, Quackgrass, Russian Knapweed, Wild Garlic and Wild Onion, Bitter Wintercress, Buckhorn, Cocklebur, Corncockle, Curley Dock, Dodder, Eastern Black Nightshade, Field Peppergrass, Giant Foxtail, Horsenettle, Mustard, Oxeyed Daisy, and Pennycress.
      (2)   The term WEEDS OR OTHER RANK VEGETATION shall also include grass exceeding seven inches in height, but shall not include agricultural crops such as hay and pasture.
