§ 91.99  PENALTY.
   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter or order of the Mayor or Chief of Police shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $500.  ('75 Code, §  34.07)  (Ord. PO-70-1, passed 4-1-70; Am. Ord. PO-77-2, passed 12-21-77)
