§ 90.26  DESTROYING DANGEROUS ANIMALS.
   Employees of the Humane Society and any law enforcement officers are authorized agents of the city with the authority to kill any dangerous animal found at large which cannot be safely captured and  impounded by ordinary means.  Any dangerous animal that is captured shall be immediately impounded and held for a period of ten  days to conduct appropriate disease testing and then euthanized by the Humane Society.
