§ 90.08 ANIMAL SHELTER.

The animal shelter shall be operated and maintained by the Humane Society under the management and control of the Board of Directors. The Board shall have the power to adopt rules and regulations for the operation of the Animal Shelter and for the purpose of implementing the provisions of this chapter; which such rules and regulations shall be effective upon approval by the Common Council.
