§ 90.07  RIGHT OF ENTRY.
   An employee of the Humane Society, or any law enforcement officer is an authorized agent of the city with authority to enter upon any property within the city when in pursuit of any animal which the authorized agent has reasonable cause to believe is in violation of this chapter.  However, the agent is not authorized to enter any privately-owned enclosure without the consent of the possessor, unless the agent has other legal authorization.
