§ 78.37  CHIEF OF POLICE TO ADMINISTER ENFORCEMENT; SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF LICENSE; IMPOUNDMENT.
   (A)   The Chief of Police shall enforce the provisions of this chapter.
   (B)   The Chief may revoke or suspend for a period of 30 days, any moped license for any violation of any provision of this chapter or any applicable provision of the statutes relating to traffic. In addition, the Chief may impound the moped of any such violator for a period not exceeding 30 days.
