§ 2  SIGNAL CROSSINGS TO BE ERECTED BY THE PENNSYLVANIA RAILROAD (NOW THE PENN CENTRAL TRANSPORTATION COMPANY).
   The Penn Central Transportation Company shall erect signals at the following crossings.
      Barner Street
      Clinton Street
      Green Street
      Jefferson Street
      Morrison Street
      Walnut Street
      Washington Street
