§ 74.09 INSPECTION OF BICYCLE.

The Juvenile Aid Division may cause each bicycle to be inspected before issuing a license for it, and shall refuse to issue a license for any bicycle which, after an inspection, is determined to be in an unsafe mechanical condition and not properly equipped in compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
